Companies while hiring SAP H.R has got nothing to do with your financial back ground!!!!!
they hire you on the basis of your talent & the experience, qualities you have!!!!!
henceforth dn't demotivate your self by all such carps.

Hi Chander,
It is nice thought about doing SAP, but only doing the course will not help you in earning more money & most of the company consider SAP certifed PPL or atleast with 1yr of experience for a job. so if you doing a SAP course you'll have to do your certification aswell.. today only certification will cost around 40000/-Rs.
I would say there are few comnpanies who provide training and take you as SAP consultant based on how well you score in your training,so check that. But again it will cost atleast 60000 minimum.
Its not easy field, you'll have to struggle 2yrs minimum for you to earn good money & earning for 1st 2yrs will very less money, for eg: max upto 20-25k a month.
All SAP companies will hire only on bond basis max upto 2yrs.
All the Best.

SAP Certification cost you 3.2 L and 28 days full time training. Passing Certification Exam is not a piece of Cake. You have to have strong dedication, HR domain Expertise and understanding of the HR Business Processes.
After Certification, there is no guarantee that you get the job. so u need to have patience and keep on practicing. Down the line in couple of yrs, you will surely get good CTC.
if you want to know more information, do send me a mail on my personal mail id,

Dear Friends,
First of all, knowledge always pay you back but not necessarily at once but somewhere in life you people will get worth of that knowledge. So taking course or certification in any useful subject will pay you back, but one thing we all should know is that some knowledge demands heavy investment like SAP certification and as many of my expert friends already advised us all that it is not necessary we can get job with good package at once and what we all need is patience which is virtue.
Second gaining knowledge at right time for right place is more important. I suggest my friends before investing for SAP HR Certification, kindly review them self that are they belong to HR field first, second does your market typically demand SAP in HR and how much vacancies are available in the market. May be your market demands more in Oracle PeopleSoft–HR or may need Microsoft Dynamic in HR certified candidates. Well survey of your market is more important. If you have right approach,
