You have not made it clear to us what type of proposal you're talking about:
• Are you looking for a quotation and requesting training vendors to provide you with information?
• Or are you a training vendor who wants to propose training to clients?
Either way, your proposal should basically contain the following information:
1. Objective of the Training
2. Results expected from the training
3. Number of hours invested in it
4. Price range
5. Whether the course is tailored or not
6. Target group to take or give training
7. Minimum educational requirement to attend the training
