as you must be aware what does an offer letter mean??? i might clear and add some input. Offer letter is a letter intimatinf the candidate of the offer or the selection for the position that candidate hasd applied for.

The format of the Offer Letter is as follows:-

To,

Mr./Mrs/Ms. ........................

(Residential Address of that candidate)

Subject: .................................................. ....................

Dear Mr.....................,

As per your interview schedule on Date.......................... at location ............, we are pleased to inform you that you have been selected for the post of ............................... . your annual CTC will be Rs. ........................... .

You can joinn the company on Date.........................., failing which our offer letter stands invalid.
