I have applied for a PAN number years back and received it, but to date, I have never received the PAN card. While checking online, I found that the spelling of my name and even my date of birth is wrong in the PAN number details. Can it be rectified? If yes, then how? If no, then what do I have to do to get a new PAN number and card?

If your name or date of birth is wrong on your PAN card, you can call the PAN office or the office where you submitted your application to inquire about your PAN status.
