Hi, I am working in a private bank. I have filed a written complaint against my supervisor. HR has gathered feedback from my colleagues, which was negative towards my boss. He is not yelling, but he is attempting to create issues for me by altering my job responsibilities, assigning me targets, and assigning me as a telecaller without any official notice. While I have not received any response from HR following their inquiry, I am still waiting for their feedback. Can I reach out to them again regarding the challenges I am experiencing in the branch?

Whistleblower Policy and HR Complaint Process
Most reputable organizations have a whistleblower policy that protects individuals who raise concerns. If you have submitted a written complaint to HR, they will take the necessary action based on the facts, and the outcome will depend on whether the charges are proven. The process might take time, but you can also follow up with HR. If there is no response within a reasonable time, you may need to adjust with the RM or consider looking for a change.

Your posting is not very clear on what exactly your job role is and what your concern or complaint is about. You just mentioned that it was changed by your boss. Giving targets or assigning you as a telecaller is not, per se, wrong or bad. It all depends on the situation. Maybe your HR also didn't see much merit in your complaint and hence wasn't really serious in replying to you? Please give the details clearly so the members of this forum can respond appropriately.

My HR has personally visited the branch and taken feedback from every staff member. Staff members have said that my boss uses personal remarks and shouts at everyone. He forces us to sit late. As far as targets are concerned, I have been given the profile of RM where I cannot meet customers or walk-ins in the branch. I am into operations, and RM is a different segment. He has not allotted this designation officially, but just to teach me a lesson or to humiliate me. My HR is in the process of the inquiry.
I just want to know, can I report this unofficial way and demand a transfer while the inquiry is ongoing? I have only been asking for a transfer for a long time. I know he would keep harassing me every now and then. But HR is saying relocating for 3 months is not possible (as I am on my family way).
