Dear Citehr friends and Seniors, kindly help me out in knowing the upcoming residential workshops on leadership, communication skills, and time management skills, or any such corporate training from August 2011 onwards. We would like to send three of our employees to attend such programs. Please let me know where I can find the details of such programs.
I'm aware of corporate trainers, but currently, we are not planning to conduct such training for all employees in our company. Hence, we have planned to send a few of our employees to attend such programs. These employees would soon (in the near future) be heading their departments and training—guiding trainees as well as new recruits under them. I need your suggestions and advice on this matter.
