Leave Strategy in Hotels in AP
Hotels in Andhra Pradesh follow a very simple strategy regarding leave policies. If a person joins as per the new leave policy guidelines, all properties are planning to provide 25 days of leave (including Earned Leave, Casual Leave, Sick Leave, and Compensatory Off) as balances. No matter what kind of leave is applied for, any leave will be considered as leave.
If a person works on a public holiday or a weekly off, based on assumptions, compensatory off will be added to their balance. There is no limit for Compensatory Offs (COff's). This approach is beneficial and provides guidance for any part of the leave policy recommendations.
