recently i have joined in a pharmaceutical company as a hr exc. As the company has new setup and has no proper records/documentation in HR Dept. Approx. 25 employees are working with the company. Pls. let me know which documents / register are mandatory to maintain for company's record as well as for govt. formalities. So that at the times of the visit of govt. officers we can show them our record.
