I work in application packaging. My 1st company was A=>got merged in to B=>switch=>C=>switch D=>switch again B

My educational record is not so strong but I am technically very good thats why serviving in this industry; but everytime while switching a job I become tense.
I was failed in 11th science, I did 11th again and passed.
I was failed in 12th Science, I did not try again
then I did full time diploma in Industrial Elctronics Engg. 3 years from msbte.
Then after 1.5 years I started doing job. After this I started learning through distance learning, and completed graduation in arts B.A.English spe. because of job I could not give B.A.exam twice, so there is a gap, but still in 2008 I completed my B.A.

Everytime at job switch I keep these things crystal clear, and I have not faced issue till date; but want to know, in future will I face any issue?
*After joining any company can they fire me?
*In my next company I have told this and they are ok, they just need graduation.
* I have worked at B, but that time we got merged from A to B, this time I have directly applied at B.
but still I get scared. I love my domain a lot and do not want to loose job, for the mistake which I did in my college life.

Hello MadForMsi,
Where's the mistake that you are referring to?
Could you pl elaborate?
If you are referring to the fact that you 'have a in-between gap in your pursuit of your degree, one can hardly term that as a 'mistake'.
Pl do clarify.

1. mistake means I failed, in 11th-12th science. I did 10th in 1997 March, and failed in 11th and 12th. then I took admission for Diploma. So till the time I wasted 3 years....
2. While doing job I was completing degree through distance learning, and could not complete cource in 3 years
