I have noticed that some of our colleagues at our camp are licensed safety professionals. How can we obtain a safety license in India? If so, what is the procedure/process to acquire the license?
Are there any institutes or consultants that can assist in obtaining the license? If yes, please share the contact details with us.

Have you ever tried to communicate with those individuals who hold Safety Licenses? There are organizations that offer courses on health, safety, environment, and food. Upon successfully completing their modules, you will attain certification as a professional in the respective field.

I checked with them, and they are US nationals in the US. Some safety councils provide licenses after exams are completed. Mr. Shaik, do you have any idea which organization offers courses in India?

It's not a licensed safety professional but a qualified safety officer in India. Any professional who has successfully undergone the Inspector of Factories Safety Diploma course, either in RLI, CLI, or other recognized centers, will be a qualified safety officer under the statute of the Factories Act.

Diploma in Industrial Safety by Regional Labour Institute
