Can anyone help me please? I am looking for a letter format where I need to specify a salary decrease in the form of fixed and variable parts. I want the letter to be in a positive form. I don't want employees to feel demotivated. Can anyone provide me with a positive note for the letter where I can effectively convey to employees about the salary decrease?
