Hello Anchal, Bala and Others,
Paradigm shift is by definition is 'change in point of view' can also be understood by this example.
For a child a flying aero plane is miracle and amazing thing, while for a air traveller a hectic, little riskful and heart pumping, buterfly journey while for a pilot having control in hand is entirely routine dutyful experience. These person have their own point of view to see the same thing or event but have different paradigm.
Another example can be human age as suppose a young child normal physical development is obstructed by stopping some harmon building and
he or she grows he passes thru all his life expereinces as yet in the age of adolescence or wanting of the same.he is having the same paradigm yet age paradigm shift takes place as he ages.

Dear All
Paradigm shift means you have to view the things / problem in the view of eagles eye.
See how the eagle pick up a hen without any problem even though his mother is awaken.
Before doing the action the eagle plans the action . it first viewing from height and it decide which way is right to pick up the hen
like that we have to see the problem in external view and dicide the action plan best among the possible
