I am in a confusion and in very much need of advice of you people. I have 3.5yrs experience in reputed company in Financial services industry in Mumbai. I was looking for change and got a job in another company, now i do not know what is the percentage of hike in market and in financial service industry for guy with 3.5 yrs experience who is a senior analyst. My current package is 3.5 lakhs per annum. Kindly give advice what is the current industry standard of hike in package for person with 3.5yrs experience.
This will be my second company to work in my career.
1. Usually they say when you change company you should do for atleast 40% hike?
2. It is said that second job in career should always have huge hike in package?
