Hi, can anyone please tell me if I could get an employee evaluation form from any organization on the internet? I have to work on my project, and I couldn't find any appraisal form online. Are these forms available online, or are they confidential documents of organizations that they do not share?

Thanks!

When so many sample forms are available for free on the internet, why do you want a form from a company? Normally, these are adapted for specific company requirements and vary slightly depending upon the industry and level of staff members. And usually, they are not displayed on the net.

Have a nice day.
