Hi All,

I have heard one saying from a senior while I was posted at HAL, Kanpur in the year 1983 -- "thora kam khaoo, thora gum khao. yahi jeena ka tarika hona chahiya". In english also there is one saying "What cannot be cured must be endured". Dr. Ambedkar once said ' One who bears injustice is the bigger culprit than the one who perpetrates it". Most of the time grievances are imaginary. If one creates a grievance for himself themn there is no remedy. I do not siggest that you should not fight for your right. But the reality of life in employment is " management is always right", "Boss is always right" etc. etc. All Fundamental Rights enshrined in the Constitution of India are really quite laudable but it is a hilarious task to get those implemented under Indian Legal System. If that be so, then the FR are all farce and fraud on the constitution. management has all the resources but an employee cannot fight the might of the management. Grievance Procedures are an eye wash. All of you might have seen newspaper reports how difficult it is to get information under the Right to Information Act. So one must make up his mind to fight for justice and be prepared for a prolonged battle inside and outside the organisation. Or else change your route. That also may not be easy sometimes when your children are in the process of getting setlled in life. Or only few years are left for retirement. So anyone would prefer the latter option i.e. bear all in the interests of career of your children. God is Great. HE WILL COMPENSATE YOU APPROPRIATELY SOONER OR LATER.BELIEVE IN GOD.

Regards,

Yours,
