Your resume has 9 pages. To be honest with you, none of the HR manager will get time to go through fully. My suggestion to you is make a commendable resume with not more than 2 pages.

2.Passport size photo 3 each of the proprietor/Director/Partner
3.Partnership deed in case of Firm
4.MOA/AOA incase of company
5.Trust deed in case of trust /society
6.Copy of VAT RC
7.Prescribed fees
Furthermore, Information on the same can be put forwarded to the concerned PTO.
