I am Neha Negi, pursuing MBA (HR/Marketing) from M.I.T (Dehradun). My summer training will start from mid-June 2011, and I want to do it at Dabur India Ltd (Ghaziabad, UP - 201010).
Can someone tell me what the procedure is to apply there for training because I could not find it on the internet.

May be it’s bit difficult to get a chance their, directly go to co. and meet HR department for permission purpose.

I'd like to mention that similar trainings are typically organized by colleges. Therefore, it would be best to contact the college directly if you are interested in pursuing an internship at Dabur. It might be challenging to secure an internship specifically at Dabur, but there are other companies where you could also consider applying. There are many good companies out there besides Dabur.

You can go through the formal process by taking a permission letter from your institution, selecting a topic (recruitment, PMS, etc.), searching for the nearest Dabur branch, and directly submitting that letter along with your resume to the Dabur or another organization's HR Department. They will provide their response.

Simultaneously, post your updated resume on their career tab to provide a reference to your profile and interest.
I agree with all other members that it's not possible to enter the company with the purpose of doing a summer internship without contact, but at least give it a try. There are also specific companies that provide summer internship programs, so try to find them and contact as soon as possible.
