Hi all, please help me with this. I have recently accepted an offer letter from a company, and my joining date is the 20th of April. However, I have submitted my documents and completed the joining formalities on the 14th of April. I have signed some documents with terms and conditions, but I am sure that there is no term stating that "If I fail to join, I have to pay compensation to the company." They have issued the offer letter with a 6-month probation period. I haven't received the appointment letter yet.

I have received another offer from a different company for a senior role compared to the previous one. I would like to accept it and join the second company. Will I face any legal problems in the future with the first company if I do so? Please help me with this.
