I am working on a project involving an employee satisfaction survey. Could anyone please help me conduct a statistical analysis of the data? Does anyone have sample data that can be used for this survey analysis? The employee strength is 600, with 40 questions per questionnaire. The indexes are: Very satisfied, satisfied, neutral, dissatisfied, and very much dissatisfied. I am looking forward to hearing from you.

Dear Jimson,

Questions About Your Project

Why are you working on the project? Will you be administering the questionnaire to all the 600 employees? What are the aim and objectives of the survey? Do you have any hypotheses? Are you collecting any demographic data? Are the questions grouped into categories? Is it a validated questionnaire, or do you have to determine its validity and reliability?

Sorry for asking too many questions. Please search the web using the terms "Likert scales statistical analysis," and you will find many threads.

Have a nice day.

Yes, we are planning to administer the questionnaire to all 600 employees. We have already defined the aim and objective of the survey. Also, we are collecting the demographic data. Questions are grouped into categories and have been validated by experts.

Thank you very much for the reply. Do you have any sample analysis report with you?

Thanks,
Jimson
