Here, I am attaching one exercise. In the first sheet, there is a graphical representation of the Salary Structure of Company ABC, and on another sheet, statistical details of the base data.

I would like to understand:

1. What analysis can we draw from this data?
2. What is Comp Ratio?
3. What are the problems with the current Salary structure and how can these be eliminated?

Dear Param,

This data needs to be analyzed vis-a-vis the type of industry this data is for. Generally, most companies prepare salary scales based on the matrix of education and experience. The salary structures are prepared based on the tax liability, i.e., the tax structure in the current year. I suggest conducting a salary survey to gather more data for comparative analysis.
