Currently, I am working as a Manager of Recruitment for an IT services company in Hyderabad. Next week, I am scheduled to deliver a presentation to our Senior Management, which will be attended by our MD, Directors, and Controller of Finance.

I am also unable to open the same. I would definitely love to read and comment on it.

For the last six months, I have been in the thick of interviews and strategizing on recruitments, and I have learned quite a few things. Many times we rely on the material available in books and on the internet, but the ground reality is often quite different. I plan to publish my learnings in the near future.

I am a final-year MBA student. Please help me or send some PowerPoint (PPT) or documents regarding the project on 'Recruitment Process in Various Industries - IT, Banking, Manufacturing'. Kindly guide me on how to start, collect data, provide valid reasons or ideas for undertaking this project. I need detailed instructions for this project as I have to submit the abstract and synopsis by November 3rd.
