i want to know is here any drawbacks if job is based on third party's payroll or consultancy's payroll istead of company? In what condition one should join?what are the things need to be take care?

You should join TCS after a short period of time you would be direct on the payroll of their own.

Its all depends on your performance of six months or one year if designation and package is good as compared to your current don’t bother about the payroll.

No you are going to suffer for six months or one year only and after that there would be bright future for you as job with tcs is a kind of permanent job. Ups and downs are necessary in life, if today you are going down a little tomorrow you would grow with a prestegious group na.
