My firm wants to set up a new millboard manufacturing company in Kalaamb, Haryana. So, we want to register our company under the Factories Act 1948 and obtain the NOC from the Pollution Board. Can anyone help me out by letting me know the procedure for the same and from where I should get these?

Just approach the factory inspector's office and obtain the guidelines for submitting FORM-1, Form-2, and Form-3. This will suffice for your registration and licensing needs under the Factory Act.
