Dear All,

My firm wants to set up a new millboard manufacturing company in Kalaamb, Haryana. So, we want to register our company under the Factories Act 1948 and obtain the NOC from the Pollution Board. Can anyone help me out by letting me know the procedure for the same and from where I should get these?

Just approach the factory inspector's office and obtain the guidelines for submitting FORM-1, Form-2, and Form-3. This will suffice for your registration and licensing needs under the Factory Act.

Obtaining NOC from the Pollution Control Board

Regarding the NOC from the Pollution Control Board, you need to make an application in the prescribed form with the required details enclosed to obtain Consent to Establish, which serves as the NOC.

Once your factory is established and ready for commissioning its operation, approximately one month before, you need to re-apply for consent to operate from the Pollution Control Board.
