Dear Ms. Saraswathi
My advice to you is to start learning BUSINESS ENGLISH -COMMUNICATION SKILLS which will help you in drafting BUSINESS LETTERS including various topics. Also improve your VOCABULARY to support your WRITTEN COMMUNICATION SKILLS.
Rather expecting everything in READY MADE FORMAT, If you really want to grow in your career then please do learn to search INTERNET which is the OCEAN OF KNOWLEDGE and you will find almost everything.
Last but not the least......In your whole life, you will remember only those which you had learned by investing sincere, honest efforts. This is the fact and please get your self trained in BUSINESS ENGLISH.
With profound regards

Hello Saraswati,
Hope this will be also a useful format to you.
Our office starts at _________ am and I want all of you to be here strictly by _______ am.
If for any reason you are not able to reach on time please note that you need to be putting in 9 hours minimum per day including lunch break.
Your coming to office late should not have adverse effect on the targets given to you.
For those who come to office after 9.30 am it would be treated as half day leave.
Thanks & Regards,

Hi Saraswati,
Here is a sample format for you this you can share with your any employee or with all the team members:

Hello Team,

It has been observed by the management that few of you have been logged-in for work beyond the time prescribed for reporting to the duty for most of the time during the last few weeks. We noticed these are major time gaps and not just a minor delay of a few minutes.

You all are well aware, such delayed reporting entails penalty as per the company's policy. Hence, your half day salary will be deducted for the days of delays. Please note that such late login is considered quite adversely during the evaluation process of your appraisal or promotion in the company. We hope that you will abide by the rules.

We can consider only 3 late logins in a month, post that this will be deducted out of your salary/will be marked as half day.

Due to any reason if you are login late, you need to inform to us in prior either on common what's app group NYTP Indore Team, or on slack group (nytp-indore) or on email, so that your supervisor and HR both will be updated.

You are further advised in your own interest to be punctual at work and not to repeat such late logins in the future.

Seeking your co-operation for the advancement and progress of our organization!

Thanks and kind regards,
