Dear Manisha,
You can also add up Founder's / Formation Day : where every Dy. Manager of Department give their views and ideas to build up their successful professional life by their experience
You can also add up Quarterly Picnics/Movies/Get-together/ Dinners
You can Celebrate Days... so that Employees can participate in it and get back to their old memories.
Try to celebrate Maximum Festivals, may be for half an hour only.
In my office I celebrate New Year party and Christmas Party too.... with One minutes games, random couple dance, etc...
Regards,
Ms. Prianca Arora

An organisation must be a Fun work place, where everybody happy to contribute more and more. When employee is happy to contribute? when his Heart, Head and Mind come together - ([B]I am not a consultant)- we can say (physical energy, cognitive energy, spiritual energy) to create each program is based on understanding of people, organisation and environment. I can help you out on Employee Engagement Activities once I understood the nature of your organisation, environment and people. So please talk to me in details or send me details of your organisation, environment and people. - I
