Hi, I'm working in a company where the employees don't know any language other than their mother tongue, and they are from Nepal. Is the employer doing enough to ensure that the training is sufficient? How willing are the employees to undergo training to improve their performance? I am going to concentrate on one organization, i.e., Mental Health. Are there any journals/websites that you would recommend or include in my reading list?
