Dear Aparna,
Thanks for the prompt reply but in the office rule book I would also like to include some policies. sort of Employee handbook.
As the only document which can update employees with new rules & policy. Have already included heads like:
1. leaves
2. office timing
3. benefits
4. dress code
and few more
But want to prepare it bit more exhaustive in nature
Please share if you have created somthing of this sort

I'm a part of a MNC and we have implemented a similar document, covering the heads like:
1. Leaves (Sick, Casual, Maternity & Annaul)
2. Office timing
3. Benefits
4. Dress code
5. Insurance Coverage
6. Group Life Insurance
7. Bonuses
8. Gratuity
9. Pension Plan
10. Social Security
11. Overtime and Special Allowances etc.
I hope including these heads would be helpful for you.
