Dear Friends,
As we are all aware, most IT companies have extended their notice periods from 30 or 60 days to 90 days. Sourcing the right talent and onboarding them within the deadline has become a significant challenge for recruitment professionals. In a scenario like this, why don't we collaborate and share the names of companies with 30 or 45 days' notice periods? This way, we can target such companies for immediate positions.
