Salary Calculation in Chennai: How Do You Factor in PF Contributions and Other Criteria?

Hi, I need your advise that how to calculate the salary. Im from chennai, Tamilnadu so for this state what will be the PF, Other criteria’s to be added and how to calculate that. Ramesh
