Hi.. I work in a HR consultancy where I give training. I want to know some new methods/games to improve communication apart from GD, extempore etc so that I can make my class more interesting and interactive.

-Written and oral communication [business communication]
Role plays, simulation exercises and case studies could be included, taking examples from experiences of attendees [employees].
