My dear Nikil,

I am really thankful to you for sharing this ppt with everyone. I am one of the persons who look at Indira Nooyi as a role model. According to her, how many organizations are concerned for their employees' families? That's why she has become a powerful woman of the year again.

Take care.

Hi Nikhil,

Maintaining a healthy balance between work and personal life by an individual is an important aspect to tap into his/her potential for the benefit of the organization. Inclusion of this aspect in employee appraisals is quite assertive.

Thanks for sharing your presentation. Keep it up.

Warm regards,
Abhishek Singh

Nikhil,

Excellent! It's worth knowing such minute details about leaders. Maybe these cannot be known to everyone unless you are part of her team or someone like you shares such information.

Thanks for sharing valuable information.

Dear All,

One thing that is striking in the PowerPoint message is that a balance between feminine and masculine energy is necessary for the holistic development of any organization and individual. Indra Nooyi has struck this balance and shown the way to success and satisfaction.

Thanks,

It's really a worthwhile message from you, Mr. Nikhil. When an employee is satisfied with his personal life by achieving a work-life balance, he can definitely deliver the best to the company.

The best message in this presentation is that there are no outstation meetings on Monday in order to avoid travel on Sunday. All companies should adopt this practice.
