Very interesting "Big picture presentation". I would like to comment on:-

Education and Experience

The extent to which the candidate’sa education and experience are related to the position requirements

The education and experience should be relevant to the level of the job

Job fit is the extent to which the work and environment is satisfying to the candidate

Is it busy or quiet? Frequent interruptions? Require overtime? Travel? Shift work? A car? Is it outdoors

A common pitfall is assuming that the candidate has the same understanding about the job as you do…

A common pitfall is assuming that the employee also has the functional talent or operative skill or interest for the job for which is not always the case as so many American researchers have found out:-

In the long run, passion and interest for the job is far more important than things like Car, overtime, frequent interruptions levels are likely to be higher for a truly motivated employee and there is no point training someone who has no functional skill as the book "First, break all the rules" shows.
