Case study is a method for testing any candidate for any designation. By adopting case study various capabilities of a candidate can be found out. At the time of the Interview of any candidate HR person can use this techniuqe for judgment of inner qualities of the candidate.
In case study HR person should present a case or incident or a story before the candidate and ask him the various aspects of that and finally a solution and learning from the case.
The candidate would study or go through the case and reply or react according to the question put before him.
With the interaction of the candidate his capabilities is come up before the HR People or Interviewer.
