Nice sharing. Any one can get good insights from the experience of of the several CEOs from the ebook, "Leaders Talk Leaders." People can also learn how to avoid bad habits from the document on "how to talk to people".

Case study is a method for testing any candidate for any designation. By adopting case study various capabilities of a candidate can be found out. At the time of the Interview of any candidate HR person can use this techniuqe for judgment of inner qualities of the candidate.
In case study HR person should present a case or incident or a story before the candidate and ask him the various aspects of that and finally a solution and learning from the case.
The candidate would study or go through the case and reply or react according to the question put before him.
With the interaction of the candidate his capabilities is come up before the HR People or Interviewer.

The e-books are concise and drive the points. However, if you have the opportunity of finding a book 'How to have Power and confidence in Dealing with People' by Les Giblin, I am sure it would change the way we interact with people always on an equal platform ( which creates Win Win situation) as the book did to me 10 years since.. That time, I had to get this book imported through Landmark. It may be available in India now..
Hi Guys...just joined in today. The presentation is really nice. Mind is very easy to read such things and appreciate but very difficult to make them part of your nature/behavior. Get up in the morning and remind to yourself....."Am I following them??? If you start doing that....halkf the battle is won Guys!!!!! Cheers!!!
