It's indeed a good presentation. The precision of the presentation is more comfortable and understandable than going through pages after pages about 'the subject. Training And Trainer'. In fact, the conclusive idea of the presentation is quite striking. And this is about the wrong notion that 'Training', is expensive and cost-enhancing when, on the other hand, the paradoxical truth asserts that the very 'Work, Assignment, And Or role', becomes more expensive and cost-escalating in the absence of 'training'.
