Wages/ Pay slips are required to be issued in Form XI of the Minimum Wages Rues to the employees by the employer who are covered under the Minimum Wages Act,1948 . Wages Slips are also available at city book-sellers who keeps the record relating to Factories Act. You can amend the format if necessary if there are more than one component in wages head.

How is offer letter different from appointment letter?What are the major differences?Because i have gone across so many offer letters & appointment letters wherein i hardly found any differences.
Our company is based at Doha and mostly we do overseas recruitment.So when a candidate is selected,the company has to send the offer letter and when he/she joins with us, we need to issue the appointment letter is it?Please correct me if am wrong.Can someone explain to me in detail.

I need format of following matter,
1) If we received client query, in reply I have to sent them one formal letter that will get back to you soon.
2) After solving client query , ensure by sending letter that your query is solved. pls contact if you need any further assistance.
