Mother Teresa has been asked by the HR stalwarts to preside over an HR seminar in Calcutta. She simply said, "Do you know your employee and do you love him or her." All the stalwarts are awed. Another thought of hers:
"We fight because we have forgotten that we belong to each other."

Hi,
Around us, a lot of people from whom we can learn HR lessons. How do we forget them? When Prince Charles visited Mumbai and praised the Dabbawala, we realized their teamwork and strategies. Ramdas Swami wrote 'Dasbodh' 300 years ago. How many people know that in 'Dasbodh' he mentioned and gave examples of management?
