hello am studing mba now but i know some litle bit which i tell you ,see first of all you got confidence in yourself and dont fear ,and dont think that you dont know nothing ,you didnt discript abt your job discription ,what your job criteria,so according to me you shold be poossitive and more comunicate with yor sub ordinate with harmonial way so they may be help you in your work ,and dont be disclosed any body that you dont know your job otherwise they may be discurage you so congrate for your future,all the best

Follow some step it may help you
1. Remember the questions which were asked to you at the time of interview. It can help you to find out the company's expectations from you and do the accordingly.
2. Make some good friend there, they can tell you that what were done earlier to you on your position.
3. Start doing those work, which you perform efficiently.
4. When you get any assignment always go to your boss with some options, not play a role of Postman. This will create your sensible image to your boss and simultaneously you get confidence also.
