I want to review the onsite travel policy especially for Norway & Sweden countries. Please share me if any of you recently reviewed the travel policies. I want to fix the onsite salary for Norway & Sweden since we have lot of travels to these countries apart from US.

Request you to drill down to the areas of change in the policy for onsite travel . Are you looking forward to review the benefits offered or the per diem ? I am sure the changes would primarily be in these two areas only. The accomodation and the business/economy class travel offered to an employee during travel may have undergone changes due to the recession . The options of including the cover for spouse travel have also been reviewed

Germany and Netherlands follow a very strict process for Visa. Please speak to a travel agent and get it done through them initially. When you can manage it later, when it would be easier for you
