Hi All,

We all know that though training may have serious objectives and outcomes predicted, all of us use a lot of humor in training. Please share your experiences of using humor in training and how it helped you or worked against your plan.

Cheers!

You cannot have a good training session without humor in it. The best humor is when you are able to make fun of yourself. It does not matter whether the participants are freshers or experienced individuals; everyone loves a bit of a laugh.

Edutainment... Laugh and Learn... these are the training buzzwords. Humour makes the training session friendly and lively and is one of the best vehicles available to a trainer for the transfer of learning.
