Can anyone suggest rewards to give to an employee who have successfully met the sales targets?
Keeping in mind that the Company is new in the industry and would like to concentrate on non-monetary benefits.

How can you award a sales person for meeting the target itself? Anyway they were required to attain that target. Attainment of target itself cannot be a cause for the pat on the back. Any achievement on and above the target merits rewards.
Any way since you have asked, you can recommend the star performers to take some training course. Send them out of town. Send them by air. Let them enjoy some better hotel stay.
