How come most of the interesting attachments do not open? Anybody has a take on this?
To date, my success rate has barely been 30%. I am sure a lot of us would have had the problem while trying to download several attachments – some just open, others refuse to yield what is in them.
Any computer-savvy guys who have figured this out, please respond.

Thanks for sharing a nice book. Just to capture the essence of the book: it is necessary to strike the right note with the difficult employee, thereby reducing the negative attitude. To be kind, to appreciate, to think from his or her point of view, so that antagonism towards the boss is reduced or minimized. Once this is accomplished, it is easy to communicate and get things done. Sometimes, an employee's behavior or attitude may irritate the boss. How to navigate from such a turbulent situation and not lose the equilibrium is well brought out in this book.
