Dear Sir/Madam,
I am an HR professional looking for management games that demonstrate the unique qualities of the player. An important requirement is that the game should last between 7 to 10 minutes, as it will be played during individual training for both refreshment and assessment of unique abilities.
Please reply promptly to my email address.
Thank you and regards,

Any/All IQ results should be strictly confidential, and hence playing a game that exposes a person's IQ level openly is not advisable at all. Even in a game, this has long-term and far-reaching repercussions for many individuals. Avoid it like the plague.
Play games that highlight leadership & team attributes instead.

Some simple ones are:
Take some interesting articles from the newspaper, cut them, and give them to the participants. Ask them to present the same in a summarized form with examples.
Divide the participants into groups. Give them any unusual objects and ask them to pen down innovative ways in which they can use them.
Role-play/enact the themes of the workshop.
