Plz can anyone send me questionnaire for new employees so that i can know how they feel about the organisation n also the induction programme conduced for them.Plz do send me some information on benchmarking of on boarding process of various organisation.

I believe new employees may not give you the exact picture so you can ask the employees who are atleast six months old in the system about how they felt when they were inducted into the company..
Questions can be on how they were received on the first day, induction scheduled, lunch on the first day, introducing to colleagues, supervisor, work place, stationery etc etc....
First impression is the best impression... so as a HR we need to make the new joinees first impression a best one...
