If you are looking for companies that encourage employee referal . first company that comes to my mind is CISCO SYSTEMS ......If the candidate who has been reffered after the interviews are over and if they think that hes a fit.... and if hes taken on board ... the employee who referred that candidate gets a hefty amount.......
The CISCO was the one popularized the employee referral program .
