I could use a little help. I am having a real hard time writing new job descriptions. I didn't have to do that with my previous company. My new employer has a few JDs, but those that exist don't match what the managers and directors are actually doing right now. Not to mention, none of the new positions have any JDs.
Now, having said that, I'm really keen on including KRAs and KPAs into my JDs. Could you take me through the process of writing JDs please?
