Dear All,
I like to know better for employee Benefits. Its mandatory to provide Bonus as per the act. Do we have any rules and regulation for providing bonus? Is it applicable if a company process a resolution to hold bonus for irregular employees. If processed can we process the resolution to the existing employee available in the organization? Kindly suggest a valuable Reply.

Company can deduct VPF without consent of concered employee
