Dear Kameswarao,
Thank you for your valuable comment. I would be more obliged if you, or anyone, could provide information regarding the job description, which can help understand the authority limits or whether it needs to be written in a separate format.
Thank you,

Dear Nigha,
The job description is entirely different from the authority of delegation; the authority of delegation is purely an administrative activity, while the job description pertains to the deliverables. The delegation of authority involves tasks such as signing documents/papers, approving purchase orders, entering into agreements, signing MOUs, approving expenditures, handling cash transactions, and authorizing cheque signings. These actions must receive approval from the Board of Directors or an authorized signatory acting on behalf of the board.
The job description should be finalized by HR in coordination with the respective Head of Department (HOD), as it outlines the individual's deliverables. If you need further clarification, please feel free to email me.
Thanks and regards,
Kameswarao

Can you please define...
