Employee joining list can include:

1) Personal data form
2) Copy of offer letter
3) Copy of appointment letter
4) Welcome letter
5) Letter of induction
6) Resume of the candidate
7) Interview assessment sheet
8) Educational qualification certificate
9) Date of birth certificate
10) Professional qualification certificate/marksheet
11) Experience certificate
12) Salary certificate
13) Relieving letter
14) Employee joining report

Hello,

The joining list may include:
1. Resignation acceptance letter or relieving letter or experience letter from the employer
2. Latest salary slip
3. Education certificates (SSC, HSC/Diploma, Degree)
4. Birth certificate or School Leaving certificate
5. PAN number copy
6. Passport copy (if any)
7. Physical fitness certificate
8. Photo ID proof
9. Offer letter from the current employer
10. Employment form from the current employer with all the personal details.
