Anisha,
To learn all those things only you are studying MBA HR. So i hope your course will include all these things. If not what is the use of studying MBA HR? If you want to learn lot of things in HR, come to the field.

hello Anisha,
I am also MBA-HR, when i got admitted in HR, same questions came to my mind also.. i was also very worried.. but let me tell you... njoy the MBA time.. learn and unlearn.. and dont be stubborn and stiff for learnings....
this time willnever come back.. classes in MBA is a way to get degree... thats it.. nothing else.. but try and get good score in MBA....
also if talking about practical studies, than when you will actually be on some projects or get finally placed.. and start working then only you will get to learn....
Happy Learning.. :)

Hi All,
For all of you I want to share my views in HR profile.
Human resources is a term used to describe the individuals who make up the workforce of an organization, although it is also applied in labor economics to, for example, business sectors or even whole nations. Human resources is also the name of the function within an organization charged with the overall responsibility for implementing strategies and policies relating to the management of individuals (i.e. the human resources). This function title is often abbreviated to the initials " HR <link updated to site home> ".Human Resources may set strategies and develop policies, standards, systems, and processes that implement these strategies in a whole range of areas. The following are typical of a wide range of organizations:
  • Maintaining awareness of and compliance with local, state and federal labor laws
