Dear Friends,

I'm working as an HR Officer in the healthcare industry in Tamil Nadu. I am familiar with all the NABH-HRM standards and have been an Auditee during NABH audits. My responsibilities include recruitment, training and development, induction programs, exit analysis, time office management, performance appraisals, and all other HR functions. I am also a soft skills trainer.

I am interested in transitioning to another hospital that is applying for NABH accreditation.
